Print orders, checkout, and fulfillment

Print purchases are completed through SmugMug. SmugMug and its service providers handle checkout and payment processing, and coordinate printing and delivery through fulfillment partners. You provide the information needed for your order, including contact, billing, shipping, and payment details, through SmugMug’s checkout. Adventure Imagery does not collect credit card details through this website, and SmugMug does not show credit card information in photographer sales reports.

SmugMug may make customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, and order details available to Adventure Imagery through its seller reports. This information may be used to answer order questions, assist with purchase issues, and maintain business records.

SmugMug’s collection and use of information, cookies, service providers, retention practices, and privacy choices are described in the SmugMug Privacy Policy. That policy governs SmugMug’s services; this page describes Adventure Imagery’s own activities.

Information you send directly

If you email or call us about prints, custom photography, or speaking services, we receive the information you choose to share. We use it to respond, discuss your request, and provide the assistance or services you ask for. Please do not send payment card details through the contact form or email.
